The five gods charged with creating, sustaining, dissolving, concealing and blessing are so many aspects of her single form.

In the stotra the name is chanted as it stands, pañcabrahmasvarūpiṇī, as part of Shloka 61. In the nāmāvalī, the form used for arcana(worship with an offering at each name), it is turned to the dative, the case of offering: “to her”. Then it is framed by oṃ before and namaḥ, “salutation”, after.

Taken as a taddhita in -in on the compound pañcabrahmasvarūpa, the suffix rather than the compound carrying the possession. The bahuvrīhi reading, she who has the five Brahmās for her form, is equally current.
