Her couch is made of five great gods who have taken the shape of its legs and its plank, so that the whole hierarchy of creation supports her.

In the stotra the name is chanted as it stands, pañcabrahmāsanasthitā, as part of Shloka 22. In the nāmāvalī, the form used for arcana(worship with an offering at each name), it is turned to the dative, the case of offering: “to her”. Then it is framed by oṃ before and namaḥ, “salutation”, after.
