Rākiṇī, the goddess who holds the heart wheel, is her own shape.

In the stotra the name is chanted as it stands, rākiṇyambāsvarūpiṇī, as part of Shloka 101. In the nāmāvalī, the form used for arcana(worship with an offering at each name), it is turned to the dative, the case of offering: “to her”. Then it is framed by oṃ before and namaḥ, “salutation”, after.

Like the other -svarūpiṇī names of this series, it is treated as a taddhita in -in on rākiṇyambāsvarūpa, the suffix carrying the possession; the bahuvrīhi reading, she who has Mother Rākiṇī for her form, is equally available. The Ṣaṭcakranirūpaṇa seats Rākiṇī at svādhiṣṭhāna rather than at the heart, another of the wheels where the two arrangements differ.
