At the svādhiṣṭhāna wheel she assumes the person of the goddess Kākinī and carries that form as her own.

In the stotra the name is chanted as it stands, kākinīrūpadhāriṇī, as part of Shloka 105. In the nāmāvalī, the form used for arcana(worship with an offering at each name), it is turned to the dative, the case of offering: “to her”. Then it is framed by oṃ before and namaḥ, “salutation”, after.

This hymn seats Kākinī at svādhiṣṭhāna. The Ṣaṭcakranirūpaṇa and the manuals that follow it assign her to the heart instead; the two arrangements of the seven yoginīs coincide at some wheels and part at others.
