She handed the whole yoke of government to Mantriṇī and kept none of the labour of ruling for herself.

In the stotra the name is chanted as it stands, mantriṇīnyastarājyadhūḥ, as part of Shloka 150. In the nāmāvalī, the form used for arcana(worship with an offering at each name), it is turned to the dative, the case of offering: “to her”. Then it is framed by oṃ before and namaḥ, “salutation”, after.
