She takes the form of the fifty sacred seats, one for each sound of the alphabet, so that the map of holy places and the map of speech turn out to be one map.

In the stotra the name is chanted as it stands, pañcāśatpīṭharūpiṇī, as part of Shloka 156. In the nāmāvalī, the form used for arcana(worship with an offering at each name), it is turned to the dative, the case of offering: “to her”. Then it is framed by oṃ before and namaḥ, “salutation”, after.
