Of the five kalās the last is Śāntyatītā, the one that has gone past even stillness, and that is what she is made of.

In the stotra the name is chanted as it stands, śāntyatītakalātmikā, as part of Shloka 159. In the nāmāvalī, the form used for arcana(worship with an offering at each name), it is turned to the dative, the case of offering: “to her”. Then it is framed by oṃ before and namaḥ, “salutation”, after.
