Her form is the single fact of Śiva and Śakti being one, and the stotra ends by saying not that she is a partner in that union but that she is the union.

In the stotra the name is chanted as it stands, śivaśaktyaikyarūpiṇī, as part of Shloka 182. In the nāmāvalī, the form used for arcana(worship with an offering at each name), it is turned to the dative, the case of offering: “to her”. Then it is framed by oṃ before and namaḥ, “salutation”, after.

The last of the -rūpiṇī names is analysed like the rest: -in supplies the possession, so śivaśaktyaikyarūpa is the compound and rūpiṇī is formed on it. The bahuvrīhi sense, she who has the union of Śiva and Śakti for her form, is the familiar alternative.
